Shipping information
We want only the best for our customers and therefore offer free shipping for all orders. MOCHIL currently ships products to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, but other countries are following. If you are interested outside of these countries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Normally our MOCHIL bags are shipped immediately after ordering, so we have a delivery time of 2-5 days. As soon as the order is approved, an email confirmation is sent.
Returns
We are proud of our products and stand behind our service. Our highest priority is customer satisfaction and we do our best to achieve this fairly and responsibly. If the goods received have defects or damage, this must be reported to MOCHIL immediately and no later than 7 days after receipt. Please do not send anything back without our prior knowledge. All our customers must take care of the return shipment themselves. We ask for your understanding.
