In September last year we travelled through Colombia for three weeks. One stop on our trip was Cartagena de Indias which is located at the Caribbean Sea on the northern coast of Colombia. The old part of town with its vibrant colored houses is breathtakingly beautiful. The city has come a long way from a rather turbulent past, but now it has so much to offer. The food, the culture and the friendly people made Cartagena de Indias into what it is today – a magical Caribbean city.

We collected thousands of new ideas and inspirations and we met incredible artisans. Our latest Collection – The Cartagena Collection – emerged from these various encounters. The basket bags are carefully woven by Colombian craftsmen who create every single piece by hand. Furthermore we are also very happy to announce the launch of our next vegan line as all of these products are made of palm leaves.  

Our second big launch this year will be the MOCHIL Jeans Jacket. It had been quite a journey until we were completely satisfied with the outcome. The project devoured a lot of efforts, man hours and a vast number of different designs. The most difficult part was to find the right jean that blends in with our colors and patterns. On top of that, we were, in terms of durability, always on the look-out for a fabric with a large amount of cotton.

Nevertheless, we made a find and we are extremely proud to finally share the results. Have a closer look at the different models. We have put a lot of effort into the details in order to show you the beauty of this handicraft. This jacket will be your perfect spring accessory!
